Pearly Queen Honey

Pearly Queen Honey is a collective of London-based urban beekeepers led by Meetal Patel, himself a London beekeeper and self-confessed bee-obsessive. The philosophy of Pearly Queen Honey is to support sustainable urban bee colonies producing hyper-local London honeys, each with its own distinctive character reflecting the micro-biodiversity of its respective London borough. A true labour of love and the very definition of artisan craft, Pearly Queen honeys all are raw, unprocessed and jarred in very limited quantities.
