Beckys Beezzzs collect honey from hives all over the western half of Hampshire and jar it as either Runny or Set for the most part. More than likely the Set honey could be classed as a monofloral Rapeseed honey but each site they manage is slightly different, so the result often varies, pleasingly so, from jar to jar.
