From Needs Ore at the Mouth of the Beaulieu River on the Beaulieu Estate. The product of only three hives located within a nature reserve that is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). It is a truly exceptional honey packed full of flavour reminiscent of baked apples with delicate floral aromas derived from forage such as Dog Rose and Sea Lavender
