“From Bees to Bottle” is the Northumberland Honey Company’s charming slogan, however it somewhat belies the skill and craftsmanship required to make a méthode traditionelle sparkling mead. Freshly harvested Northumberland wildflower honey is carefully fermented and painstakingly hand-riddled by Luke and Suzie Hutchinson to produce an elegant mead with a delicate mousse and a dry finish. This iteration is infused with hibiscus flowers which imparts a beautiful pink hue and a light floral aroma
