From hives located in and around the idyllic Chalke Valley just west of Salisbury. The predominant nectar source gathered the bees for this honey comes from wild bramble bushes growing almongst the hedgerows leading up to the chalk hills of Cranborne Chase and West Wiltshire Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
