The doyen of urban beekeeping, Dale Gibson, and his Honey-Sommelier partner Sarah Wyndham-Lewis, have done more to promote the wonderful pleasures of raw honey and the very real plight of wild pollinators and overall bee health than almost any other producer we can think of.

Together they epitomise responsibly sourced, exquisite raw honeys and we are delighted to have them on board with us at Honeycombers. 

Founded in 2007, their list of awards is truly enviable, and they are recent winners of the Great Taste Awards Golden Fork trophy for “Best Food Product in London and the South East”.
