The Salford Rum Company

Tommy and James are the dynamic duo behind The Salford Rum Company which burst onto the craft distilling scene in 2018. Their Manchester distilled rums draw inspiration from the historic Salford Docks, once the third-largest port in the United Kingdom, trading in rum, fruit and spices from the Caribbean.

Their passion for Salford’s past and present can be witnessed in each of their products, but in particular their Honey Rum, which uses The Finest Honey’s Salford Honey (available on Honeycombers), as they strive to be truly representative of Salford’s growing artisan community.
